Associate Veterinarian:

Animal Care Center in the Beautiful Brainerd Lakes Area of Minnesota is looking for a PT/FT Associate Veterinarian to join our caring, dedicated, and supportive team!

We are a well-established progressive companion animal practice with a dedicated team of professionals that has your career and life balance in mind. Our caring team excels at mentorship and a collaborative team approach to medicine and surgery.

We enjoy an above average staff to doctor ration of leveraged team members and examinations are scheduled for 30-minutes to establish meaningful client interactions, great client communication and provide for compassionate care. Our clients expect thorough medical workups, and we have an above average number of patient visits per pet annually as well as excellent client retention. We are frequently referred cases for advanced diagnostics and care.

We offer flexible scheduling, a 4-day FT work week (32-34 hours), ample PTO/vacation time and frequent long weekends. We are not open weekends and on call is shared with 11 other veterinarians amongst 4 clinics. We believe in nurturing the Human-Animal Bond and creating a harmonious relationship between our clients and their pets.

Along with a professional and trained support team we have all necessary diagnostic equipment to practice quality progressive medicine and surgery.

  • Complete in-house lab that includes bacterial cultures and coagulation profiles
  • Digital radiographic diagnostics

  • High speed dental station and ultrasonic scaler
  • EKG, blood pressure, CO2 laser, heated surgery tables and patient warmers

Pet Groomer Needed

Animal Care Center has an immediate opening to add a professional groomer to our outstanding team.

We have a large established clientele. The position is full-time or part-time. We are open Monday-Friday

Applicants with prior professional grooming experience preferred however, new graduates with outstanding references will be considered. Applicants must possess a dynamic, enthusiastic personality, work well within a team atmosphere, and pay great attention to detail.

This position is commission based with pet benefits.

Reliable transportation, punctuality and a great customer service attitude is a must!


Veterinary Technician:

Do you enjoy the outdoors – fishing, hiking, or camping? Then the Brainerd Lakes Area may be the place for you. Our progressive 4 Doctor, small animal practice, located in Baxter, MN, is looking for the right person to join our team. You must be client service orientated, self-motivated, confident in your skills, and get along well with others! Get the opportunity to use all of the skills that you have been trained for. We currently have an opening for a full or part time Certified Veterinary Technician or a recent graduate that hasn’t taken the Certification test yet. Compensation package dependent on experience.   • Full-time: Approximately 38 hours per week M-F
  • Part-time: Approximately 15 hours per week

Animal Care Assistant Position:

Animal Care Center desires a caring individual that loves pets and people. Do you like the thought of assisting a dedicated team of veterinary professionals’ care for pets? Flexible hours, Full or Part time (After School?), pet health benefit, animal snuggles and more!
